4.1 laboratory analysts must comply with this regulation.

4.2 safety and health department and power plant regional safety representative and use department are responsible for overseeing the implementation of this regulation.

5. work procedure

5.1 we should carefully read the regulations before using or maintaining, and strictly enforce the requirements of this regulation.

5.2 oven should be placed indoors dry and level without using other fixtures.

5.3 Make sure there is enough space around the oven. The minimum gap is 160mm. Install it in the environment with little vibration and little temperature change.

Before 5.4 power, check the electrical performance of this box, and pay attention to whether there is a circuit breaker or electricity leakage.

5.5 flammable volatile substances should not be put into the drying box to avoid dryness.

5.6 do not put anything in the top and bottom of the oven.

5.7 Installation position of each heater wire must be checked before use in order to prevent overlapping or collision of heaters.

5.8 protective gloves should be provided to prevent or scald when drying or drying out the oven / oven.

5.9 Check if the cooling fan has any debris, whether it is normal, ensure that the engine running at high load cooling in time, will not cause jump because of high temperature.

5.10 when repairing oven (drying box), it should be confirmed that the oven has completely cooled to room temperature and the power supply has been shut down.
